Ken Kimball co-founded Links Web Design in March 2007 and is a Google Certified Partner. For nearly two decades he has helped hundreds of businesses and not-for-profit organizations grow online, and he leads every client consultation and the technical side of Links’ portfolio.

Ken’s strengths include:

He takes the time to understand how each client’s business actually runs, where their customers come from and what they need their website to do, then turns that into a clear, practical plan. Clients come back to him for advice long after launch, on everything from marketing to technology decisions.
• SEO & search placement: this is where Ken truly excels. He has spent nearly two decades getting client websites to “pop to the top” of Google, combining technical SEO, content strategy and local search so customers find his clients first. Many Links clients can trace their best leads straight back to their search rankings.
• Google Ads & analytics: Ads, Analytics and Search Console setup and conversion tracking that turns traffic into measurable leads
• Hosting & infrastructure: designing and running Links Managed Hosting, the platform that keeps hundreds of client websites fast, backed up and online
• Website security & performance: keeping sites patched, protected and fast-loading on every device

In March 2007, Kristy co-founded Links Web Design and today runs the company’s daily operations. As Project Manager, she guides every project from the first client conversation through planning, design, development, launch, and ongoing support & maintenance.

Kristy’s strengths include:

• Project planning & design direction: writing the creative brief that turns a client’s goals, brand and audience into a clear plan for the design team
• Client communication: serving as clients’ main point of contact, translating technical details into plain language and keeping every project on schedule
• Content & SEO-minded copy: shaping site structure and page content so it reads well for visitors and helps clients “pop to the top” in search
• Quality assurance: reviewing every page, form and device view before launch, and after every change
• Support & account management: handling website updates, client requests, agreements and billing so nothing falls through the cracks

Her reputation for getting things done, and her commitment to client satisfaction, have been central to Links Web Design’s success for nearly two decades.

Maria started working at Links before she graduated from Husson University in 2019. She carries a Bachelor’s Degree in Web Development and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Maria enjoys both design and development aspects of building websites. In her free time, Maria likes to shop, exercise, and travel often to visit her family out of state.

James is our resident graphic designer. With over 15 years experience running his own design studio and a portfolio that spans the globe, James can take your vision and make it a reality. James’ key to success is making sure that every client gets the unique and innovative design that is perfect for them and sets them apart from their competition.

Dan joined the Links team in 2022. He has studied web development and Javascript, and continues to learn about new technologies. In his spare time, Dan likes to do weight training, hiking, and filming cinematic videos with his drone! Dan is a web developer, and he focuses on each client’s unique needs for every website he builds.

Sikander joined the Links team in 2022. He is passionate about tackling programming challenges and possesses an in-depth understanding of various web technologies. With over 12 years of experience, he has successfully developed a diverse array of web applications utilizing PHP, .NET, Javascript, CSS, MySQL, SOAP, REST, among others. In addition, Sikander has a keen eye for design and a wealth of experience in UI/UX. He has an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail. Sikander is a self-driven individual with exceptional planning and execution abilities.

Links Bot has been with the Links Web Design Team since January 2014. He has put his dashing good looks and penetrating blue eyes to work in the short time he has been employed. He strives to keep Links Web Design ahead of all things that deal with cutting edge technology, design and development. While the Partners had their concerns about the Links Bot’s role in the company, he has proven himself an invaluable fun-source. While robots have been blamed for not being serious enough for the workplace, the Links Bot offers the right mix. He is a fun creator focusing on long term relationships with clients and employees alike.
